HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost for artwork will be calculated based on the weight of the items during the checkout process. Simply provide your complete shipping address, and the exact price for the shipment will be displayed.

For larger items such as artwork or oversized pieces, freight charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis. A separate invoice will be issued after the purchase. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • When shipping internationally, we utilize Lithuania Post or DHL couriers, depending on the size and nature of the item.

  • Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • Please note that all deliveries must be signed for, so please ensure that someone will be available to receive the package.

  • For large items, including artwork and framed prints, customized freight quotes are required. Prior to making a purchase, please contact us at hello@baltrukonyte.com.

  • International shipments are sent unmounted and unframed unless a tailored shipping quote has been arranged in advance.

  • G. Baltrukonyte Studio cannot be held financially responsible for any additional customs duties or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • As required by law, we must disclose the full value of the shipment contents and are unable to alter this value.

  • If an order is refused by the destination country through no fault of our own, G. Baltrukonyte Studio assumes no financial responsibility for any additional shipping expenses or costs incurred as a result.

  • The purchaser is responsible for tracking the shipment. Failure to collect the shipment from the designated outlet may result in the parcel being returned to Giedre Baltrukonyte Studio. In such a scenario, it is the purchaser's financial responsibility to arrange shipping for the item.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We strongly recommend that once you receive your print, you make arrangements to have it professionally framed as soon as possible. We advise keeping the prints unopened until framing.

Please ensure the package is stored in a safe and dry place, and avoid stacking anything on top. The delicate nature of the paper and inks requires careful handling to prevent damage.
